Gooby's Kitchen is still in the concept stage, with an expected launch date of January 2005. The colour scheme has been decided but the design is still to be completed. The current working design is very similar to this site, although I need to get a more "kitcheny" portrait, possibly a caricature of myself in kitchen garb.

Gooby's Kitchen is all about sharing my experience learning to cook fine foods for myself, friends, and family. You'll get to see my successes and disasters (hopefully more of the former than the latter). All dishes prepared will be fully documented in both word and pictures with no embarrassing foibles omitted. Cooking, and good food in general, is one of my passions although I'm at the beginning of my self-education with plenty of learning ahead of me. I hope to inject a bit of humour into this site, with most of it aimed at myself, and have a lot of fun with it.
